Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026.
This policy explains, plainly, what data Sunset Jazz collects when you visit this site or reach out through our contact form, what we use it for, who it may be shared with, and what your rights are. It applies to the domain bandasunsetjazz.com and all of its language versions (Português, English, Español).
1. Who controls the data
Sunset Jazz is responsible for collecting and processing the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy-related request, use the contact details in section 8.
2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
When you fill out the contact form (on the Weddings, Corporate, Social or Videos pages), we collect: name, email, WhatsApp number, event type, event date, city/venue and any message you write. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
2.2 Data collected automatically (cookies and tracking)
When you visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept measurement and advertising cookies. Until you accept, these tools remain blocked — we use Google Consent Mode v2 for this. If you accept, we may collect, through Google Tag Manager: pages visited, traffic source (e.g. campaign, ad, social network), device/browser, and on-site interactions (such as clicking the WhatsApp button or playing a video). This information passes through the following tools:
- Google Analytics 4 — site usage statistics.
- Google Ads — campaign conversion measurement.
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API — conversion measurement for Instagram/Facebook campaigns. When you submit the form, your email and phone number are encrypted (SHA-256 hash) before being sent to Meta — never in plain text.
2.3 Security verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect the contact form from bots and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode — it runs in the background, without showing any challenge or puzzle on screen. To do this, Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information (User-Agent) and connection characteristics. This processing is performed by Cloudflare and is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy Addendum, which supplements Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
3. Why we use this data
- Respond to your quote or availability request;
- Understand where our inquiries come from, to invest better in outreach;
- Measure the performance of advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads);
- Protect the form against automated and fraudulent submissions.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only share what's necessary with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Cloudflare — site hosting and bot protection (Turnstile);
- Resend — sending the notification email when you submit the form;
- Google and Meta — campaign measurement, as described in item 2.2;
- Our own service team, through an internal webhook, to speed up our response to your inquiry.
5. Cookies and managing your preferences
You can accept or decline measurement cookies at any time via the banner shown on your first visit. To change your choice later, clear this site's browsing data in your browser — the banner will appear again.
6. Retention and security
We keep contact form data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal or contractual obligations. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and hosting on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
7. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated data, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channel below.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacidade@bandasunsetjazz.com or via WhatsApp.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent version.
